The initial consultation takes just half an hour and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss your presenting condition. You will be required to complete some forms to ensure that Colonic Hydrotherapy is an appropriate treatment for you.
Please arrive about 10 minutes earlier than your consultation appointment time to complete the forms, and bring a note of any present medication, prescribed or "over the counter", with you to your consultation.

To begin with, you will complete a 5-day diet record so that Jude can see any micro- and macro-nutrients that you may be deficient in or have excess of.
You bring this along to the initial consultation where she takes a full case history from you and discusses any concerns that you would like to address. Jude then formulates an individual, tailored plan to fit in with your life, allowing for possible time constraints and restrictions.
The plan is reviewed during a follow-up consultation 4-6 weeks later, where you can discuss your progress and Jude adjusts the plan, if necessary.
The initial consultation lasts for 1 hour and costs £65; any follow-up appointment lasts for 45 minutes and costs £45.
