What happens in a PSYCH-K® session?
When you attend a session of PSYCH-K® you’ll be asked a few questions about aspects of your life that you’d like to change. You may already be aware of certain behaviours that you experience, or recurring patterns in your life which feel problematic to you and which you’d like to see play out differently. Having established this, we create a goal statement; something around a result that you’d prefer to experience.
Using muscle testing, which is a non-invasive process, we explore your sub-conscious beliefs around that goal statement and then we aim to balance your sub-conscious beliefs to accord with what you would consciously choose for yourself and your life instead. It’s simple and painless and doesn’t involve you having to re-experience difficult events or tell your story.
How long is a PSYCH-K® session and how much does it cost?
A session of PSYCH-K® takes up to one hour. I am offering all sessions at a rate of £45 per session. Just arrive in plenty of time so that you’re not feeling stressed. It’s important that you are well hydrated so do make sure you keep your fluids topped up prior to your session.
